1. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
✅ Monthly Subscription:
- You can cancel your subscription anytime.
- No refunds will be provided if you watch more then 40% of content.
✅ Quarterly and 6 months Subscription:
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- No refunds will be granted after the 7-day period. Cancellation after this period will stop future payments, but you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be processed if the request is made within the eligible period.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
❌ Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
- Partial usage of course materials or benefits.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
